Hosting Events
SMALL 6 HOUR EVENT - $300.00
Any gathering over the stated occupancy of 26 guests such as birthday parties, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, reunions, etc. No more than 40 guests total are permitted, which includes the 26 guests staying in the Farmhouse. If this event takes place outside, it must be terminated by 10:00 PM or moved inside for the comfort of other guests on the Farm. This does not include use of the Event Overlook.

LARGE 6 HOUR EVENT - $1800.00
For gatherings up to 60 guests total, including the guests staying in the Farmhouse (and Cottage). This fee includes:

6 hour event up to 10:00 PM

Use of the Event Overlook with 10 rustic benches that seat 60 guests, lighted pergola, overhead party lights and 10 picnic tables (30” x 72”) which seat 6+ guests
